Only HIPAA Officers can Activate a user within UltraLinq. You can activate users that have the Pending or Inactive status.
New users which have never been active within the system are flagged as Pending.
Users which were previously active and have at some point been deactivated are flagged as Inactive.
Navigate to the Admin page from the header link at the top of the page.
Select the Users link.
Select the User from the list by clicking on the correct row.
Select to Activate User.
Confirm the action.
The user will now appear as Active in the users list.
