Viewing the Audit Trail

Account administrators can view the audit trail for their organization.

View the audit trail by following these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Admin page from the header link at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Audit Trail link.
  3. Filter the audit trail by user, action, and date by selecting parameters from the drop-down lists. Click Filter.
  4. To clear a filter and view the entire audit trail, click Clear Filter.
  5. Navigate between pages of results by clicking the page number link on the right side of the screen.
