Adding and Editing Patient Demographics

Add and edit patient demographics by following these steps.

1. From the Exam page, make sure patient demographics, exam information, and additional options are visible. Click  to show these fields. 
2. Click the [ edit ] link to the right of the patient's name.
3. A pop-up window appears. Add and edit patient and study information. Required fields are marked by a *.
   
4. Click Save.
