The Line Tool in UltraLinQ can be used not only in the calibrated echo region, but also on the Doppler region. If the Doppler region is calibrated appropriately, the Line tool can be used to take 2D measurements in the Doppler region data.
The Line tool in the UltraLinQ viewer is designed to provide accurate measurements of the following:
-
Δx, provided in seconds.
-
ΔY, provided indicated in cm/s.
To complete this tool, the user must complete a 2D line in the area of interest. Raw measurement output will be provided if the image is not calibrated properly.
To complete the tool, the following steps must be completed:
- In the Toolbox icon, open the Line Tool
- Click the starting point, and hold the cursor down
- Draw your cursor to the end point, and release the cursor
- The Δx (seconds) and ΔY (cm/s) will appear on the image
