Check Boxes Do Not Appear

If you are logged into Cardiostream, and missing check boxes on any page, you will need to adjust your Active X settings for your Trusted Sites.

Start by navigating to the "Internet Options" under Tools.

Next, navigate to the "Security" tab.  Click on the icon for "Trusted Sites", then click the "Sites" button just underneath.  Confirm "Cardiostream.net" is added as a Trusted Site.  

Once added, click on "Custom Level..." at the bottom.

Scroll down the Settings window until you come to an option called "Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting."  Enable this option, and hit "OK".

Close out of your browser, then re-open it and log into Cardiostream.  The check boxes will now be available.
