Clips are not Looping

UltraLinq uses a Flash-based viewer to display images and clips.  It is important that the "Hardware Acceleration" option within Flash be disabled for correct playback.

To disable that option:

 

1)  While logged in and viewing an exam, right-click on an image or clip.
2)  Select "Settings".  


3)  On the first tab that appears, un-check "Enabled Hardware Acceleration" and hit "Close".


4)  Quit and re-launch your browser.

 

Your clips should now loop successfully.  If you encounter further trouble, please contact UltraLinq Client Services at 800-227-2956 option 1.
