Exams are not immediately deleted in UltraLinq. Deleting an exam hides it from the default Exam List for 30 days, then it is purged. Only study administrators (with the Study Admin permission) can delete and activate exams.
Restore deleted exams by following these steps.
Note: If you do not have permission to activate deleted exams, contact your organization's account administrator.
- From the Exam List page, find the Exam Status drop-down list in the Exam Search bar. Select Deleted.
- Click Search.
- Deleted exams have the status icon. Check the boxes next to the deleted exams you want to activate.
- Click in the Admin menu. A pop-up window appears.
- Click Save.
- To view the newly activated exams as part of the default Exam List, click Clear in the Exam Search bar.
