Reset your password if you have forgotten it or if you believe its security has been compromised. UltraLinq does not email or show your current password for security purposes.
Note: UltraLinq deactivates your account after five failed login attempts. In this scenario, reset your password to reactivate your account. If you are a new user and your account is still inactive after resetting your password, contact your organization's HIPAA officer to activate your account.
Reset your password by following these steps.
- From UltraLinq's Login page, click the Forgot password? link.
- Enter your username and email address. If you do not know your username and email combination, contact your organization's account administrator.
- Click Reset Password. A confirmation window appears.
- Finish resetting your password by following the instructions in the email sent to you by UltraLinq.
