Resetting Your Password

Reset your password if you have forgotten it or if you believe its security has been compromised. UltraLinq does not email or show your current password for security purposes.

Note: UltraLinq deactivates your account after five failed login attempts. In this scenario, reset your password to reactivate your account. If you are a new user and your account is still inactive after resetting your password, contact your organization's HIPAA officer to activate your account.

Reset your password by following these steps.

  1. From UltraLinq's Login page, click the Forgot password? link.
  2. Enter your username and email address. If you do not know your username and email combination, contact your organization's account administrator.
  3. Click Reset Password. A confirmation window appears.
  4. Finish resetting your password by following the instructions in the email sent to you by UltraLinq.
