Reset your password if you have forgotten it or if you believe its security has been compromised. UltraLinq does not email or show your current password for security purposes.
Note: UltraLinq deactivates your account after five failed login attempts. In this scenario, reset your password to reactivate your account. If you are a new user and your account is still inactive after resetting your password, contact your organization's HIPAA officer to activate your account.
Reset your password by following these steps.
- From UltraLinq's Login page, enter your Username (your username will always be different from your email, if you do not know your username please contact your account's HIPAA officer) and select "continue"
- Select the "Forgot password?" link beneath "Login"
- Enter the email associated with your username and select Reset Password. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your user.
- Follow the steps in the email, set your new password, and select "Submit"
- Your new password is set and you will be able to use your new password for all future logins.
